Cancellation Policy

  1. You can place an order cancellation request prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team. In order to place a request, click on "Contact Kult Support" in profile section of the Kult App, or send an email at [email protected], or any other method, as may be intimidated by Kult to you from time to time.
  2. In case of any such order cancellation, the condition of promotional offer/campaign/free gifts if any in support to that will be forfeited.
  3. In case an order is dispatched and a customer is still contacted for delivery, cancellation will be considered only if the customer has refused to accept the delivery. Refunds for such prepaid orders will be processed in the original mode of payment upon receipt of the items in our warehouse. It takes around 3-8 days for orders to reach back to our warehouse.
  4. In case if order or item/s is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances e.g. stock availability, natural climatic conditions etc., the order or item/s will be canceled, and the full amount paid against the order or item/s will be refunded.
  5. After the cancellation request is duly processed by us, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days from our side, and it takes 3-7 working days to reflect in the source account. depending upon the banks and the financial institution. We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we would be happy to help.
